Welcome to my brand new blog. I've been meaning to start one of these for a while now, and I figured that now would be as good a time as any. Thank you to my wife, Carla, for getting me set up on blogger.com and helping me find this sweet theme.

I plan to use this blog to write about some of the things I love in life: my family, my job, programming, science, religion, and anything else that finds its way out of my fingertips.
